El clavo de olor tiene muchísimas propiedades, que puedes aprovechar con esta receta de jamón y usar tu creatividad para servirlo, decorándolo con rodajas de piña o o con clavo de olor. (Ver fotos a la derecha)

- 2 ramas de canela
- 2 cucharadas de miel
- 12 Clavos de Olor enteros
- 300 gr. de azúcar moreno
- 1 paquete de lingotes de jamón
- Opcional: piñas en rodajas para decorar (de lata)
- Otro opcional: 200 ml de vino de Oporto
Si bien esta receta de Jamón o Pernil de cerdo con piña y con clavo de olor es nutritiva tiene solo 150 calorías por porción. Es rica y nutritiva y a pesar de que contiene azúcar no aporta demasiadas calorías, eso sí consume una porción pequeña si no quieres engordar.

Preparación del glaseado: En un bowl colocamos la piña triturada, la canela, el azúcar moreno y los lingotes de jamón. (opcionalmente se puede agregar un poco del Vino oporto)
Mezclamos todo. Cocinar en plancha de horno previamente untada con mantequilla. Hornear por 15 minutos y reservar.

Tomamos el jamón y le hacemos unas zanjas para que el glaseado penetre mejor y pincelamos todo con el glaseado sobre la piel del jamón o pernil de cerdo (reservamos la mitad del glaseado para después). Podemos hacer formas de rombos para que se vea más decorativo y colocar clavos de olor en los centros. Tapar con papel de aluminio.

Colocar el jamón en el horno a una temperatura de 180ºC por unos 40 min. Ir vigilando que no se queme.
